As a graduate of the programme, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our digitization agenda. You will develop through at least two job rotations and a structured training program. Enterprise technology and service engineering provide the strategic technology platforms on which digital business solutions are built. These solutions will help turn our net zero ambitions into reality.
You will be embedded within one of our multi-disciplinary platform engineering teams and will learn the approaches and techniques to deliver high-value, highly scalable and resilient platforms to support the enterprise.
You will be exposed to new technologies and learn to build, maintain, and administer platforms across the enterprise.
You will learn about our automation frameworks and will have the opportunity to develop your complex scripting (typically Python/C#/JSON) skills. You will engineer and automate robust, secure, and scalable cloud architectures in AWS and Azure along with opportunities in platforms as a service (PaaS) including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Power Platforms.

You will dig into data sets and use tools and techniques to cleanse, rationalize and infer meaning out of data.
Python, SQL, SAS, Excel and other data conversion tools, Tableau or PowerBI, source-code management and control tools Git, Jenkins and build systems and other tools commonly used in data science.

As a data operations graduate trainee , you will be joining our growing data management team – a function delivering a range of master data services for bp businesses and enabling functions on finance, vendor, customer, material, pricing and product data. We strive to deliver integrated processes, data and systems across the business units while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.
You will have the opportunity to administer large data sets and deepen operational acumen in data quality, control, improvement and compliance.
