Internship programs
We offer paid 12-week summer internships and 16-week spring and fall co-ops. With numerous programs available and technically challenging projects, you could find yourself working on a diverse array of assignments.
In engineering, you might be tasked with developing pipelines and contributing to innovations that harness alternative energy. In science, your work could involve exploring new reserves or creating cleaner fuels. Alternatively, in business, you could gain extensive exposure to various functions and critical business decisions.
Package
During an internship, you can expect a competitive pro-rated base salary, plus allowances.
Housing
Corporate housing is available at all internship locations, paid for in full by bp.
Relocation
Relocation assistance is available for students moving over 50 miles for an internship.
Retirement plan
You will receive Retirement Accumulation Plan pension vesting time and a 401(K) with a 7% dollar-for-dollar matching contribution.
