If you wish to travel to the AGM by car, a free bp shuttle bus will run between Kempton Park Racecourse car park and bp ICBT in accordance with the timetable below. The carpark will be available after 8am.
The address for Kempton Park Racecourse is Staines Road East, Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex TW16 5AQ, UK. Please ensure you enter the car park via Gate 1 on Park Road. Park Road can be accessed via Staines Road East or the A316.
We strongly advise you arrive at the car park before 10am. Please follow directions from marshals to park in the allocated spaces. Shuttle buses will be marked ‘AGM’ and marshals will be able to assist you.
The approximate journey time between Kempton Park Racecourse and the AGM venue (bp ICBT) is 10 - 15 minutes.
Attendees will be kept informed of return shuttle bus times at the close of the meeting.
